Plettenberg Bay landmarks

We are in Plettenberg Bay on the Garden Route this weekend for a short getaway and in anticipation of the photos that I will be (or are or have depending on when you read this post) taking I am posting pics of Plettenberg Bay's three main landmarks.  These I took passing through on our way home from Knysna after Easter weekend.

Keurbooms River and Lagoon

The Beacon Isle Hotel and Piesang River

  4. In the first photo, what a vast expanse of beach!

    MOST WONDERFUL

    The sky’s a most wonderful thing,
    Enjoyed by both peasant and king;
    No matter the eye
    That sees the bright sky,
    The proper response is to sing!

  8. The first time I went to Plett, I was divorced and in my late 30's....boy did I have lots of fun there with two other single girls.
    The next time was with my new hubby...I was fat and round and wanted to hide.
